What are your office hours?

  • Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, Sat & Sun 10:30am to 3pm
  • Public Holidays 10am to 12pm.
  • Tourist Information Centre is open Wednesday - Friday 10pm to 2pm
  • Closed Good Friday & Christmas Day

How do I make a booking?

  • Click on the Bookings button on the top right of any page on our website to make a booking. Any problems or queries, please give our office a call during business hours on (03) 9735 4577.

What time is check out & check in?

  • Check out is at 10:00am. Check in is 2:00pm. Late checkout available upon request but subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive after office hours?

  • Please advise in advance. When you arrive call our after hours number on 0419 344 325.

Can I specify a particular cabin or site?

  • Yes subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Refunds are only given if the booking cancellation is made 7 days prior to check in. A Cancellation fee of $25 applies.

Do you have a dump point?

  • Yes, plus a RV Gravity Feed facility.

Can I bring my pet?

Do you have permanent accommodation?

  • At this time there is a waiting list of applicants. Application form can be found under the Cabins section of our website. You'll find the Residential Accommodation cabins and there is a pdf copy of the Application Form you can print.

Do you have sites for big rigs?

  • Yes including Drive Through Sites.

Do you accept credit cards & eftpos?

  • Yes. Mastercard, Visa & American Express.

Do you have a fire pit?

  • Yes, we have 2 communal fire pits, 1 at each end of our park.

Do you have free wifi?

  • Yes but subject to a current upgrade.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

  • Yes we have 2, 1 at each end of our park, providing all the facilities needed for your comfort.

What Discounts & Specials are available?

  • Kui Parks Membership – 10% Discount up to $40 per stay.
  • G'day Parks Membership - 10% Discount up to $50 per stay.
